Description
Model TR5612 is a complete high-voltage DC-AC isolated inverter assembly developed for new energy vehicles. It draws 400–900 VDC high-voltage electricity from vehicle high-voltage batteries and converts direct current into alternating current, delivering a rated output of 220 VAC within an adjustable range of 90–265 VAC and a rated power of 6 kW.
The TR5612 assembly is built with full electrical isolation between the primary and secondary circuits and uses forced air cooling for thermal management. It is equipped with standard CAN-BUS communication and BootLoader functions to support online program updating through the CAN bus, alongside three sets of exclusive WEIZHENG connectors dedicated to input power, control signal and output power connection respectively.
With an IP67 dustproof and waterproof rating, the TR5612 assembly runs reliably in an ambient temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It incorporates all-round protection against input overvoltage, undervoltage, over-temperature as well as output overcurrent, short circuit and undervoltage issues. Complying with applicable national automotive safety standards, the product is applicable to onboard alternating current power supply and power conversion of new energy vehicles.

Compliant with national standards such as GB18384-2020, GB/T30512, GB/T24347 and GB/T40432. It meets national standard requirements for vehicle safety, restricted substances, aluminum alloy die-casting, electrical safety, insulation voltage resistance, vibration resistance, impact resistance, salt spray resistance and EMC electromagnetic compatibility.
